B&M short shifter

I've seen threads about it, either on here or customtacos.com i dont remember which. I think a few people had them but most choose URD or TRD.

On a scale of 1-10 I give it an 8. It eliminates most of the slop and really makes the shifts much closer. The downside is that you will hear some trasmission noise and the reverse spring is a bit stron. I guess nothing is perfect.
