I have noticed that my rear brakes have lil patches of rust on them, does anyone know the best way to remove/cover it up?

I used Por15 on calipers before with great results. They make a high-temperature engine paint and have quite a selection of colors.

I know others who have used Rustoleum on calipers and say it holds up fine.

dupli color makes ceramic caliper paint kits.. comes in red, yellow, and black. if i was you i would just take and clean the rear drum real good with some brake cleaner and steel brush and paint black.. I say any high heat paint would hold up.
