Button Near Hood Release

I was just wondering if anyone knew what that little black button that says "SET" does. :hmmmm2:

It's right next to the hood release lever

06+ it is for the Tire Pressure monitoriing system

Oh ok so you can set a point where you want it to warn you if it drops below that point?

I'm not completely sure, I have an 05, but I think it is to reset it after the light is on.

correct, on 06+ if the pressure in any one of the 5 tires drops the light will come on... once you have re-inflated the tires, that button is used to reset the light.

Yeah i did, but the dealer gave me a 05 manual that they took a pen and made the 05 an 06 so thats why i couldnt find it.

If I remember the OM correctly, the light will come on if any tire drops 5psi from the set psi.

Hmm, go back and demand the correct one. Hell, they have recalls for manual misprints!
