How far would you drive for an X-fest event?

Trying to start the planning early to get everything locked down in hopes of a better turnout this year. First off I just wanted to get an idea of how far everyone would be willing to drive to make an event.

I would be willing to do 500ish miles, convincing my wife is a different story...

You know me.....12hrs is about tops for a weekend event (~600 miles)

I'm good out to 13-14 If I can add a couple more days and it looks like a good meet I'll stretch it out a little further also.

You driving straight through 12 hrs? It's more like 600 miles in 10hrs of driving when you work in the rest stops and meals.

I can drive my tractor trailer 600 miles and still be legal with my log book. I do Guelph, Ontario to just before Atlanta , Ga ( 800 miles) in the XR.

I drove strait back from MD last year only stopping for gas. ~800 miles I think I did it in around 13.5 hours. Can't say it was fun the last couple hundred miles either.

I am good for 1 day drive. To me that is 16 hours.

I am good for a 1 day drive as well 16 hours max, more than that and it better be a week event haha...

On that note I have been wantig to go to xfest one of these years...

I'd drive a ways, but then again, if it isn't in FL it's gonna be a day's drive for me regardless!
I've also been known to take a 16,000 mile motorcycle trip just for fun, so it's obvious that I'm not known for my Sanity!
My longest day was just over 1000 miles, have also done 830, and 760 mile days on a bike so a grand in a pickup shouldn't be too bad....

I would put in about 500 miles or so. I am pretty central to just about everywhere so its a bit of a non issue for me.

With the last few X-fest east events being further north, and the Va Beach crew hosting a meet this spring we are looking to move further south this year. If anyone wants to throw out some suggestions I'm open to them.

Myrtle beach is cool, but its not going to be on the coast. That's just way too far of a drive for me.
