How Many Miles is too Many

I've got 111,000 and bought a s/c, not to worried about it, never had any engine problems, transmission problems r all I've ever had and that was the original tranny only and that was being N/A at 45k, this one is going strong!!! Waiting to install the boost till spring though!!!
