Maybe this has been covered in the past but i would like an updated thread on Headlights.

Post up some pictures of what you got and also, post up where you got 'em and how much they cost. I would also like to hear your experiences on them and the type of climate you live in.

I have had it with mine. 3 pairs purchased off of ebay (i know i know).... They are the stock looking ones that are black bezels instead of the annoying bright ass chrome. Look good but fog real easy here in the Pacific Northwest..

I am thinking about going with HID or projectors or whatever. I dont know much about them. So school me please.

EDIT: here is a shot of mine when they are not fogged up. Ebay. 100 bucks.

I got mines on a groupbuy on TW for theretrofitsource, only 240 shipped. Came with the projectors, shrouds, morimoto D2S bulbs and ballast

Might wanna check if they got any GBs I know they were doing a bunch.

Those projectors looks awesome. Do the eBay headlights pull apart like the factory ones? Oven?

Yes they should. The only downside some people have said is that the clear protector on them isn't as great. Plus the sealant isn't as good also but can be solved easily

OEM BLHM...Right side had a bad leak and the lenses weren't in such stellar shape even after trying to restore them for many hours.

J_StradaXR : Nice work. How do you do that? I have a few pair laying around that i should refit myself. I just dont know where to start. But then i would have the same as usual FOG problem.

Hit up babyboi. He's done a ton of retrofits and he was selling projectors. I'm sure he is still selling them but aren't advertising them as much as he did before. He can definitely give you tips to doing them. When money comes, i'll pick a set up from him.

Yep I'm still doing them but not advertising as much. I'm working on a fx-r kit right now. If you get ANY aftermarket headlight it needs to be resealed cuz they will fog up eventually. I use headlights from www.rockauto.com and granted they aren't oem quality (thinner plastic) but they are a good cheaper alternative as long as you reseal them.

It's just the same as the bhlm, then you insert the projector, then re seal it. It's not too hard just very time consuming.

That is killer Steve. Great photography and really good looking headlights. Like the yellow black combo.

Wow! This is awesome! I want a nice set of healights dammit!

The resealing thing sucks for me cause i have tried and tried. And i am a very mechanical guy. Did every mod on my truck(and past cars) all by myself. Just cant master the resealing thing. :(

@babyboi2284. How much for a set of SEALED by your expertise, projector, black bezel headlights? Shipped to 98682
