new color of LED dash lights?!

Hey, im fairly new to all this. I do not have a lot of money, but i looked into changing the color of my dash. From what i know its cheap. But id like some information from the pros. Id like to know if i can also change the colors of like, my stereo and and temperature knobs to match my dash. And things about the dash, like what i would need to buy and stuff. I would really really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance
