new motor

my pick up motor is shot 30 psi in one of the cyclinders and metal shavings in the oil..

I'm in the Sacramento Area so any ideas.

I would assume the 30psi he was speaking of is the compression of the cylinder. Very bad when it should be somewhere around 180 or 190 IIRC.
