Rotrex oil/filter change frequency

Gadget, I think I saw it on here somewhere a while back but I can't seem to find it.

What are the intervals that the rotrex filter should be changed, and for a complete oil change. Also what is the difference between the sx100 and sx150 fluid? I'm sure I won't need a fluid change for a long time but may be due for a filter change.

The instructions from my mk2 say to change the oil and filter every 30k miles or once a year.

Damn that rotrex oil is pricey lol well I guess I'm due for a fluid change here soon
