URD short shifter

Help, I can't get my urd short shifter into reverse. 1-6 work!!

You need to slap it. It may take a little time to get the rhythm of it. Pretty soon, it will be natural.

Thanks man. I just talked to Gadget and he reminded me how hard we have to shove it over to get it up into reverse. It had gotten so easy to push over before I put the shifter in that I was being too careful with it. I feel stupid now!:rock:

yea, she's hard at first. got to man-handle her!! MY wife still has to use both hands to get mine in reverse.

ha ha thanks for the tip guys, my urd ss is in the mail.

if it is very easy to get mine into reverse now will it be harder to get it in with the ss?

Not really too hard. It just felt like the first time I ever drove the truck and you weren't used to it!

Reverse is like a new gear but you will love the urd ss.
