i rock a K&N polished intake. and i added a k&n sticker on it to force colder air in it and gets like 3.5 more hp!

What size are the intake piping on a tcai. I'm guessing 2 1/2 in. From what ive seen it doesn't seem like it would be hard to make something similar to the urd tcai.

I think its 3" and I also know G has many many hours in designing his intake..

3" is good too lol.. i was lookin at the urd and im not too fond of cuttin my truck up. im thinkin about makin one and runnin it to the fender and mounting it so the tip of the cone filter sits in the hole and can still pull air. my only concern is the sensor on the stock air box along with the two vaccum lines.

Urd sells the maf adapter you need and the 2 vacuum lines arnt really needed, ( well I don't have them hooked up, didn't notice any differences or problems ..)

One goes to the stock fuel pressure reg and the other comes from the valve cover..
