U r a stalker! Any one around these parts that ownes an X probably don't even know the own a x. They probably thought the hoodscoop looked cool so the bought it. Your fighting a loss cause.
I bought my x to be used as a work truck. I flip houses on the side and hauled everything you could imagine and it still looks new. As long as your carfull who cares. My x knows if it wants to be modified it has to work for it.
You may want to keep em, I'm glad I did. They came in handy with the different drop kits I've tried, getting alligned. And between aftermarket wheel decisions. Then again most people aren't as indecisive as I am.
Have you replaced the front and rear already? I heard the rear is a pita cause of our drum style brakes. I'm very interested in doing this. looking to add some 15-20 mm spacers to my high offset wheels. pics would be awsome. thanks dog! :top:
I had 2" drop coils befor the DJM kit and was within factory specs. it was the ginormous tire gap that was the problem. :eviltongue: just kidding
guess your not so "stealth" anymore? Question, I've really been wanting to remove my fender flares lately and was wondering are there holes behind em? thanks
I want to replace the studs up front so I can run small spacers. Other than pulling the calliper and removing the rotar what else do I need to do? Does anyone know how long the factory studs are? and were is a good place to buy new studs? thanks
Mos def
and rear disk conversion
no, they are rock chip preventers and keep my truck clean longer flaps.
I knew you were going to say that. I remember your post about wanting tougher looking tires. You can do what I did and sell yours to someone over on CT. I sold my used 245's...
Decided not to go staggered and kept em 8.5 all around. Was about to buy new 255s off ebay for $600 but wanted a little beefier look and found these new 265/35/20s on ebay for $800 deliverd. Very happy with my decision.
