4300K are brighter...the K is just a matter of color, higher K is NOT brighter...- yosh2000

check out the link in my sig...matts FX-R kit is definitely the way to go IMHO. do that w/ the matsushita ballasts, gatling shroud, and phillips bulbs and you'll have a sic setup. i will be doing this exact retro on a set of smoked 09+ lights....w/ leveling motors for on the fly adjustments...- yosh2000

yes, lows only as the casper shields are fixed, no moving solenoid like in a bi-xenon projector. -
