Speeding Violations

you guys are lucky you can take traffic school to remove speeding tickets off your record. in hawaii, a speeding ticket can stay on your record in excess of 3 years...and that can affect a lot of things...say a job

That sucks:thumpdown: Here in SJ,CA If you qualify to go to traffic school your speeding ticket does not go on your record so your insurance does not see it. You can only have one moving violation within the 18 months.

Driving for 7 years.

Let's see, I've had a few... (all speeds are in km/h)

Tickets:

65 in a 50
71 in a 60
124 in a 50
76 in a 50
96 in a 50
3x seatbelt
1x failure to produce liscence (left friends house at ~3am, forgot wallet, couldn't go back to pound n the door and wake them up.)

Lots, notables include:
150 in a 60
105 in a 50
96 in a 60 < only thing so far in the XR


Most of that was within the first 2 years of driving. So far I've been clear of tickets for the last 3 years.
