And a damn good thing i did. just as i thought my AFR was in the 16's. ALL bad. anyway, we did one run before retune and i was making 200RWHP. jesus...

anyway, we did about 10 runs and concluded with a 13.2 AFR. It was 92 degrees with 34% humidity unfortunately so it killed power. I wound up with about 260 rwhp and 282 rwtq. The operator said if we tested at 65 degrees the numbers would have been closer to 270 rwhp and 290 rwtq. He's going to email me the dyno run prints asap.

Anyway, here's a video and some pics...enjoy.

i actually thought id make more power. the last dyno was only with a catback, airaid intake and psc unit and i made 241 rwhp/ 271 rwtq. so with a less restrictive intake, e fan, catless y pipe and catless headers...i made 20 more hp and 10 more tq peak. however...to give it credit if it had been cooler it would have been more like 30 more hp and 20 more tq. BUT the midrange boost is hugemongous guys. dont focus on the peak gain. the max gain is bloody hell all 30 more tq on a cool day max gain. when i went WOT for the first time tonight (it was about 68 degrees) my •XR•XR•XR•XRin god...i felt like i was driving a rocket compared to before my retune

so with just the 3" catback, c2c heads, urd y-pipe, a cold air intake and a psc tune, your putting 260rwhp??? Isn't stock only 200rwhp?

that's nuts, almost 70rwhp just from intake, e-fan, and full exhaust. what does the psc tuner do?

You gotta keep in mind man, the more you mod, the harder it is to raise the numbers to what you expect them to be at

never the less, dam good dyno run man

I was hearing that all those mods might add up to 15-20hp tops. That dyno just changed my mind on what I want to do with my truck. Only URD intake vs injen.

guys please remember he's dynoing with a dynopack. its a different config then how almost everone else dyno's. The most common dyno is a dynojet and supposed to be teh most accurate. Great run xacto, did that crackling popping noise go away?

so what would be the difference between the two? If they both read rwhp/rwtq, then it would be close given the fact that one may be more accurate then the other. But even then would there be enough of a difference to mean anything?

The Dyno that Xacta was using actually should read higher than other ones because it doesnt have Wheel&Tire while getting dyno'd.

i mean regarless of how they're read, rwhp is rwhp. a better calibrated machine will get a more accurate reading. Now if one was reading the hp at the flywheel, that'd be different.

No, people prefer dynojet for the load, but the important thing is that he has used this dyno from the start. This will help show his increase over base, which is good. Great #'s man :top:
