both of them finally completed! trfs retros! cant wait to install them onto the x

I like the bigger projectors in those. They definitely fill in more of the space.

Ok so i had an idea but my photochop is not co-operating with me at the moment.
What if you did the same color as your truck for the bezels, yet blacked out the cone and projector. Can anyone photoshop this? my photoshop will not load for some reason. Lets say, just for the hell of it, on a SWB if you did the bezel in SWB then the rest in black?

Headlight porn Outburst! I have an old set of LS Retros I want to have re-done. How long have you been working on those? They look really good

ZX - There's a member here named Lenie. She has hers color matched SWB. I know there are also other members who have done this. There's even people on Tacoma World that have done White headlights.

yea but i have yet to see any with the blacked out cones or projectors although im sure they are out there. im not an original design kind of guy lol

alright well first a comparison

here are the old LS's i had till i got into a pretty bad front end crash. some kid hit me.

llong story short, i saw a group buy at tw for trfs retros and jumped on it!

i wasnt in any rush, since i had some ugly beat up headlights before, so i took a span of 4 days to complete it all.

lets see. per side it took me... 30 minutes to assemble each projector. an hour to retrofit them into the housings.. and maybe another hour to do all the wiring. so maybe of total 5 hours for the whole project. i couldve done it faster i bet, but i was really patient with it and didnt want to mess up.

turned out GREAT. of course the only thing stopping me was the fact that i threw away my halo solenoids. waiting for trfs to send me some new ones though!

All of my kits are the same size. But the biggest I've installed for someone was a TRS FX-R kit.
