i think if you guys read back in the thread youll see that rj has all the details for when you guys are down there ironed out already... the only thing up in the air still is meeting up to cruise down there. i think the people north of tacoma are meeting up in everett and then they could probably meet everyone from tacoma somewhere in tacoma. and then you guys could go from tacoma to oregon together. im not going but id like to meet you guys if i can. my son is going to be born any day now so i dunno if ill be able to. i would just say if you are closer to everett than tacoma, meet up with the everett guys, if your closer to tacoma, meet up with the tacoma guys. and then somebody from everett call out a time to meet up and roll to tacoma then the tacoma guys know when to meet up so the everett guys can rendesvous with the tacoma guys. then you both need to figure out a place to meet. tacoma mall for tacoma guys would be a good place since its big and everyone knows where it is, as for everett guys i think they were planning on comcast arena or something. its really simple there just needs to be communication. sorry if that was confusing lol...

soory guys im out, my tranny just started screaming i think its the t/o bearing. i was on my way to work stopped at a light and could hear it over the radio. just called the toyota dealership and they said they cant look at it till friday. of all the fu*%#@%^&*ng luck.

alright, i got the ok to get off from work on friday at 2 pm. So i'll start driving from Oak Harbor, WA to Oregon. That means I'll be on the I-5 by 2:45. (Exit 230). and will make it to Everett 20-30 mins after. I had the idea to meet up at comcast arena, but I could also do Tullalip Casino, where the outlets are at. (Exit 200). my phone is 619 253 7466 name Frank. so if anyone has any suggestion on a better place to meet, then i'm open. Or if you want to meet I'm down to wait for you guys. Cool?

toyota just called me and moved my appt to monday. so screw it, im going. if the t/o goes ive got a buddy with trailer who says he will come get me. does anybody know if we need to put a deposit down on a room or pay for it when we get there? i live down in burien is there anyway we could meet up somewhere down this way when you come through?

Sorry I've slacked these past few days fellas. I assure you I made all the arrangements. There are 10 rooms blocked off at the Fairfield Inn & Suites for $79 a night. I'll probably be able to swing that lower when we get there but no promises.

Saturday we have a lane partitioned off. I talked to Mark (Track Manager at PIR) two weeks ago and he gave me the green light. All the details are in the first post.

I'm REALLY glad I didn't sign that 10 room contract as it appears most of you have since dropped out! I still need to get out of the house so I'll be there if I'm by myself lol.

So far as the cruises go that's on everyone individually by locale. Anyone in the Tacoma/Seattle area or coming from further north is more than welcome to come with us, and anyone south of our trip we can pick up along the way. I still need to pick up some two ways Matt, I've been slacking

I'm officially out of the Army and now working on my job hunt so I've been super busy, but I promise I haven't forgot about this. I've made sure everything was set and damnit it is. Weather report looks good so I don't forsee any issues. My phone number is plastered all over the forums please call me if you have any questions or if you want to cruise.

Im totally stoked for this. My autocross rig isnt going to know what to do drag racing in a straight line.

Here's a hotel update. They took my credit card information but said if I didn't cancel in time I would be charged for a night in the room blah blah. So I cut the order down to 5 rooms just in case since I saw a lot of people backing out. The hotel still gave me the thumbs up that more rooms were available I just didn't want that much liability considering we had no concrete list. I apologize if this is an inconvenience for anyone. :top:

This is a first time run guys so everything is always a bit shaky the first time. I won't be with you guys anymore since I'm moving to VA in a month but hopefully this gives the Pac NW the boost it needs to start meeting up more often.

Directly off the I5 exit 127. Instead of going west on 512 (which will be the obvious way, it's another freeway) hang a right off the exit (assuming you're coming from Seattle) and it's right on your left. Huge parking lot, I think a McDonalds is right there?

yeah you take a right off i5 and a left onto south tacoma way and the mcdonalds is on the left. thats about a mile and a half from my place... let me know what time and i may be able to stop by. got an appointment at 145 to get the dressing on my foot changed but it should only take about an hour or so. hopefully ill get to see you guys there.

tacoma meetup at the I5 exit 127 park and ride(Mcdonalds) done. I will say 3:30 to start and wait until 4pm for the northenders to cruise in. Food or cruise out at 4:30pm? I can be reached at two five three two three two six nine three zero if you guys need.

at the latest I will be off work by 2:30. I will see if I can use my comp time to get off by 11am so I can wash my truck. Thats the only thing I havent had time to do besides change the oil which I will be doing tonight. I will be bringing and air pump if anyone needs as well as my MaxQData GPS datalogger for the drags. I will also have my innovate LM2 datalogger if anyone is running an LC1 or LM1 wideband and wants a log to look at.

Bring a welder so I can install my wideband. :laugh: I'm bringing it with me, the gauge pod looks so dark and lonely when inoperative.

First day done! I admit to three things so far. I am a terrible navigator, Lenore and Brett are hilarious together, and I can't hang after 5 beers and Bretts nighttime cough medicine.
