Well in theory they should all have accumulated. Some just spent theirs more quickly along the way, mostly alcohol, hoes, alimony and kids. (and any combination of the 4)
don't forget about the 2k drop in rpm with the stock trans from 1st to 2nd. i'm running 3.54 rear gear with the vette t-56. imo a slightly taller 1st gear with a 1k drop between shifts will be ideal.
That drop really kills the momentum on my URD truck and I hate it. Another reason at looking at a swap besides the trans being a hunk of shit in general.
there was an adapter plate made by lc that was for the t56 I had a link to it but it went dead and when I searched again there was only the auto one.
I was browsing around and noticed that tremec is making the t56 for GM, Dodge, and Ford. Am I misguided?
Also, if there's any obvious perks by getting a new bellhousing vs. just using an adapter plate that I am missing feel free to fire back
