lol yep the numbers are bullshit.

When someone asks if dynos can be fooled what am I suppose to say? No? Thats called a lie sir.

These numbers are 100% legit, & untuned.

I am waiting for the graph to be sent to my email.

So I decided id put up or shut up since everyone loves dynos and run her today, did a little 'tuning' session on the truck:

Parameters:

93 Octane PUMP GASOLINE
Room Temperature: 72*F
Fan: No fan, someone knocked it off the dyno and broke it lol.
Dyno: Dynojet
Tune: VERY conservative - pulled timing and ran a tad rich for nitrous use.
N2O: With and With Out Nitrous - 30 HP shot.
Exhaust: DTLT Headers with STOCK Y PIPE AND CATS IN PLACE (man they were burning too lol)

Anyone have a HP/TQ Guess? :top:

I have not seen where you did this in your thread.

This is untuned with pulled timing and rich, simply ran it.

once I open the exhaust up and get more fuel pressure I can pull for a long longer and start dialing her in.

Not bad for untuned on pump fuel and catalytic converters... lol!

its just a number, I wouldn't worry about it.

I can whip up a 400 HP chart for my truck on a motorcycle dyno if you want.

Id say im at about 330 WHP.

Go to the right dyno and tell the operator you want 400rwhp, and you can have 400rwhp.

IMO dyno numbers are all BS when trying to decide if the vehicle is fast or not, and do not accurately represent a vehicles performance.

Unless they are showing gains, they are just there to try to trick you into believing something.

There is no standard, so their is no consistency. A dyno operator can make your graph say whatever you want. At the same time an experienced operator can enter bad info and you get bad numbers (too high or too low). To easy for somebody to alter the numbers.

So I guess based on these statements, I dont believe the dyno numbers you posted today Doug....sorry.

hmm, this thread is full of LOL..... Some people swear by the dyno when they dyno then they hate on someone elses dyno...If you never think he can post a legit dyno, why ask to see the results? I expected a high number, but not quite that high. So what is it going to take to prove this dyno is real? Is g going to have to be there and witness it? does someone else need to pick a dyno for doug to run on? What lies down the road for doug? Nobody but bob dole knows.....Bob dole! If the numbers are legit, sweet man. If they are fail, then you are fail.....

I'll say nice numbers :top:. Guess you can't post results without getting all kinds of BS about them.
I'd say they are very believable you can see the jump when the spray is hit. and with the spray you also get a nice cooling affect which would net even better gains. You got a chart with and without the spray to compare? And how much boost were you running?
Again nice job and can't wait to see what happens when you get it dialed in. :top:
